11. Gold Plating Disclaimer
Gold-plated jewellery may experience gradual fading or wear of plating over time. Factors affecting plating life include frequency of wear, skin chemistry, environmental conditions, and care practices. Normal wear of gold plating is not covered as a manufacturing defect.
12. Product Availability
All Products are subject to availability. Mahidha reserves the right to discontinue products, modify collections, limit quantities, refuse bulk purchases, and restrict purchases suspected to be for resale.

Shipping and delivery are governed by Mahidha's Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
17. International Orders
Mahidha may ship internationally. For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local government charges, and customs clearance fees. Mahidha is not responsible for customs delays, seizures by customs authorities, local import restrictions, or additional country-specific fees. International return eligibility may differ from domestic orders.
18. Cancellations
